Important Notes & Exceptions

Order Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping info before checkout. Cartels by Jiya is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details.

Delivery Delays: Once the package leaves our hands, it’s in the courier’s control. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or natural disruptions (weather, strikes, etc).

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear, unedited photos of the packaging and product.
• We will evaluate and respond at our discretion.

Custom or Pre-Order Items: These may take longer to dispatch. Any delays will be communicated.

Refused Delivery: If you refuse a prepaid order at delivery, it will not be refunded or resent.

We’ve built this policy to be transparent, respectful of your time, and fair to both sides. If you ever need help before ordering, reach out — we’re here to assist. But once it’s ordered, it’s yours.
